Bahkan bisa menimbulkan kekerasan yang alhasil korbannya orang lain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas aku baca dari berbagai artikel, kebanyakan masyarakat melihat kemarahan dari sudut pandang yang negatif. Kemarahan memang berada pada <a href=\"https:\/\/susianasamsoedin.com\/index.php\/2023\/08\/11\/all-about-vibrations\/\">frekuensi yang rendah dan termasuk energi destruktif<\/a> kalau tidak mampu mengendalikan dan menanganinya dengan dengan baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ternyata, menurut penelitian kemarahan ada sisi positifnya juga lho:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Kemarahan membantu kita untuk <em>survive<\/em>. Ketika kita mendapat perlakuan yang tidak adil, kemarahan mendorong kita membela diri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemarahan memotivasi kita untuk keluar dari ketidaknyamanan. Kemarahan mendorong kita untuk maju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemarahan membuat kita mencari cara untuk mencapai target atau hasil yang diinginkan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemarahan memacu kekuatan untuk menghadapi musuh yang lebih kuat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemarahan memotivasi pemecahan masalah dan pencarian solusi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemarahan melindungi prinsip dan kepercayaan yang kita miliki.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemarahan merupakan alat untuk bernegosiasi.
