Sebetulnya, arti <em>healing <\/em>sebenarnya beda dengan penggunaan kata <em>healing <\/em>untuk liburan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Maksud <em>Self Healing<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Self healing <\/em>maksudnya diri kita sadar akan luka, hadapi, dan rawat sendiri hingga sembuh. Nafas yang benar membuat relaks. Relaks menimbulkan kejernihan. Selanjutnya, kejernihan membuat ketenangan. Ketenangan menimbulkan kelegaan dan kesembuhan. Tanpa badan, pikiran yang relaks maka susah mendapatkan kesembuhan. Melakukan teknik nafas 4-7-8, Buteyko dan Bhramari dapat menimbulkan ketenangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kedua<\/strong>, gerak. Gerakan yang membantu otot relaks, hangat, dan lentur. Sangat baik jika mengkombinasikan tarikan dengan hembusan nafas yang dalam. Tujuannya membuat otot yang telah digunakan secara berlebihan menjadi relaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schneider (1994) dalam bukunya: The Handbook of <em>Self Healing<\/em> menjelaskan secara lengkap gerakan untuk <em>self healing.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ketiga,<\/strong> sentuhan. Sentuh bagian yang ingin disembuhkan. Sebetulnya, sentuhan hangat meningkatkan sirkulasi. Caranya, hening dengan hati yang bersih, tulus dan penuh keyakinan hingga tangan terasa hangat. Tempelkan tangan ke bagian tubuh yang dirasa perlu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Keempat,<\/strong> hening, meditasi. Hening menimbulkan ketenangan, kesadaran. Meditasi membuat kita sadar dan menerima keberadaan anggota tubuh yang sakit maupun luka batin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kelima<\/strong>. afirmasi. Memberikan sugesti positif melalui kekuatan pikiran. Contoh: masalah pencernaan.
